- Gift cards are valid for two years from the date issued
- Provided there is still a balance remaining on the card, your gift card can be used more than once
- If your gift card is associated with a customer account then you will be able to check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, we are happy to check the balance for you
- You cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card
- Gift cards can be used in conjunction with a discount code as they are a form of payment
- Gift card codes are considered currency – so only you can see the full gift card code in the email. Please keep this safe
