The All Weather Pro Turnout Neck 0g is designed to be used with Kentucky’s All Weather Pro Turnout Rug, providing extra protection and comfort. Made from durable 1680 Denier polyester with a PU waterproof and breathable coating, it withstands all weather conditions. The edge behind the ears is lined with soft artificial rabbit skin to prevent rubbing, and it attaches securely to the rug with four Velcro fastenings, plus two strong Velcro closures at the front.
