The Rolex ‘Bluesy’ is one of the most well known Rolex Submariner models, and for good reason. The 126613LB is the two tone version of Rolex’s iconic Submariner Date, this Oystersteel and 18ct yellow gold watch features a striking sunburst blue dial and matching blue ceramic bezel, hence the nickname ‘Bluesy’.
This reference is in current production as of 2025 and replaced the previous 116613LB with an upgraded movement, larger 41mm case, and slimmer lugs.
The “LB” on the model number stands for ‘Lunette Bleu’ which translates to blue bezel. It’s nicknamed the “Bluesy” by collectors for its distinctive colour scheme that’s both sporty and luxurious. The unidirectional Cerachrom bezel is virtually scratchproof. The Chromalight display ensures legibility underwater or at night.
